Thank you to all who participated back in May for the Annual planting Day. . The work put in back in May more than paid for itself with blooms which lasted throughout the summer. The Flower baskets flowerbed and tubs made the the trip up and down the avenue a very pleasant journey indeed.

We had a number of new faces. Paul . You're skills as a landscaper were more than valued.
and our Slovenian Neighbours Kaspar and Alanna who demonstrated their planting talents .
and the ever helpful and cheerful Denis.
and after all that work all that was left was to "Water well"as Monty Don would say . Thank you Brian and Fritz.
For the rest of the summer Denis and all and the other volunteers continued with the "Water well "mantra . Thank you
