Annual Planting Day 2nd June @12 noon

Yes its hard to believe its been a year since last years planting day. This year we have an ambitious plan for the day so many hands are needed. We will plant the flower bed, plant and erect the street lamp planters, plant the street platers, put up the Avenues noticeboard. and paint the lane gates. This year we are asking residents to put particular effort into planting up their own gardens and planting window boxes or baskets. Following on from our win in the tidy districts competition last year (Best new entry ) we have rentered the competition for 2012 however the standard expected is higher than last year and wehope to be top in our category.
